Membership

 Membership in the association is open to Hospice professionals, bereavement counselors, support group facilitators, social workers, psychotherapists, clergy, funeral home professionals, educators, art therapists, music therapists, hospital personnel, healthcare personnel, nursing home/assisted living/retirement home personnel, long-term care personnel, attorneys, individuals affected by dying and death, grief, and bereavement.

Annual membership dues are $20.00 per year. This fee is recovered with a discount on the registration fee of one conference.

The membership timeframe is for the calendar year January 1 - December 31. Membership dues are not prorated! However, for membership applications submitted and processed after October 1, membership will expire on December 31 of the following year.
